She has extensive experience counseling clients on building a solid legal framework to enable the defensible disposal of information as well as the defensible retention of information subject to global privacy requirements. She is a frequent author and speaker on navigating complex global legal retention obligations, determining business value of information, and creating a dialog among company stakeholders for successful implementation of corporate retention policy and procedure on a global scale. She has provided expert testimony on information governance practices in Estate of Metcalf, et. al., v. Yamaha, et. al. Case No. GIC842234, In the Superior Court of the State of California, In and for the County of San Diego (2008).
Lorrie has helped to create and implement global regulatory compliance strategies for both Fortune 100 companies and smaller privately and publicly held companies in various industries.
